Kevin Blackwell
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Blackwell recieved his Master of Science in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University's Medical College of Virginia.

Mr. Blackwell has a diverse professional healthcare career spanning over 33 years. He has held senior management positions with minor medical treatment centers, durable medical equipment, homecare, hospice, family practice clinics, behavioral health systems and acute care hospitals and is the founder of DeSoto Imaging & Diagnostics, LLC.

Mr. Blackwell takes an active role in a local civic organizations currently serving as a member of the Southaven Rotary Club, a member of both the Olive Branch and Southaven Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the DeSoto County Economic and Development Council, immediate Past President of the Memphis Blues Rugby Club, and a Board Member of the Memphis Rugby Foundation. Additionally, Mr. Blackwell is a Past President of the Southaven Chamber of Commerce, a Past President of the Rotary Club of Olive Branch, a past member of the Executive Board of the DeSoto County Economic and Development Council, a founding member of the School of Business Advisory Board for Christian Brothers University, and is also a 1999 graduate of Leadership DeSoto.

Barry McAllister, BS, RTR
Executive Director

Mr. McAllister received his Bachelor fo Science Degree in Radiography from Louisiana State University. He is licensed in the State of Mississippi in Radiography and is a registered technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Mr. McAllister has 32 years of experience in the Imaging field, with 27 years of that being spent in management at various Medical Centers in the Southeast. He joined DeSoto Imaging Specialists if January 2007 after spending 10 years as the Director of Diagnostic Imaging and the Cardiac Cath Labs with a local healthcare corporation.
